Spraypoxy pipe coating equipment brings a new way to fix pipe related problems. Renovate old or deteriorated drains and sewers from 32mm (1 ¼”) to 200mm (8”) with the Spraypoxy System. The coating applied provides a damp-proof, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant and non-corrosive lining.
Coating with Spraypoxy System increases remarkably the lifespan of pipes. The material is highly resistant to pressure, detergents and other chemicals and grease. Spraypoxy also offers long-lasting corrosion and wear protection.
The epoxy used in Spraypoxy System is smooth, the slick surface also ensures minimal waste adhesion and improved flow capacity. Certification is under progress.
Spraypoxy range of equipment covers pipe coating machines from light, portable units to heavy-duty coating equipment.
MidiCoater is a truly versatile equipment for internal pipe repair. The MidiCoater allows both brush and spray coating possibilities. The range of pipes being renovated is DN32 – 125 (1 ¼" – 5"), capacity up to 10m (32,5ft).
TKK-1 is a heavy-duty coating equipment for professional use with a range of DN32 – 300 (1 ¼" – 12"), capacity up to 40m (131ft).”
You must clean pipes before you coat them using Carbide Brushes or Cleaning Chains. Then flush out the pipe with water while you clean so there is no dust or hazardous waste into the working site.
You must make sure that the pipe is totally dry before application - You can speed up the drying process by using Spraypoxy Sewer Dryer.
To begin the coating process the correct Spraypoxy Coating Brush must be selected and added to the head of the flexible shaft. If the pipe being repaired contains bends, it may be necessary to select a pair of brushes that are separated by a flexible link to ensure an even coating through the bends.
The mixer nozzle with a hose is then attached to the shaft just behind the brush assembly. The Midicoater CCTV camera head is also taped to the assembly just behind the delivery hose to allow the technician to see the coating operation in progress.
The coating operation is started at the end of the pipe farthest from the access point. Resin is then pumped into the pipe and brushed on to the wall.
This is repeated over the length of the pipe which being coated, until the brush assembly reaches the access point. Subsequent layers can be coated approximately in half an hour intervals.
